Dear readers,

YCM has been quiet for a long time, for this we are very sorry - but we are still here and hope to stand stronger in 2012! Because of a very special situation and a year of heavy workload, the team had no alternative but to postpone all work with the magazine from the World Winner Show in Paris until the December issue you are now holding in your hands. Nevertheless, we hope you are satisfied with the reports and information found on the pages of this issue.
We are proud to present to you the story of Padawi's Yorkshire Terriers (page 20), one of the most prosperous YT kennels in Europe.
The article "Rumbling about breeding" by H. Ibanez-Hornung (page 16) provides a lot of interesting tips for the novice and the experienced breeder.
Norwegian dog-trainer Nina Østli introduces us to the principles of "Shaping" (page 53). Shaping is based on very small trends in the right direction and to move them a little step at a time toward a final goal.
If your Yorkie suffer from arthritis, back or neck pain, why not consider dog physiotherapy (page 48), explained to YCM by Petra Snellman-Nimenpalo.
YCM's Rick Caran celebrates The New Rochelle (NY) Humane Society 100 Years of Service To Needy Animals in his article "A Century of Animal rescue" (page 44).
The summer events in Paris are beautifully covered by YCM's Marco Vignato in French Championship & World Dog Show 2011 photo cavalcade (page 32).
And don't forget to read the small columns in YCM, they provide a lot of relevant or important information from YT Clubs and individuals throughout the Yorkie-world.
And finally, compliments and thanks to our advertisers, the photos and the presentation of Your Top Yorkies of the World is lifting YCM to a higher level and brings inspiration to all our readers and admirers of Yorkies.

Enjoy YCM #20!
